Mosquito Tech is Owner Operated and based out of Mount Holly. We never use contracts so you’re free to pause service whenever you’d like.
Mosquito Control
Applications are every 21 days and prices start at $75 per visit. (Most people are at $75 unless your property is huge and requires more than one tank.) The Mosquito season usually runs from March to around Halloween, depending on weather. Applications do not take long, our backpack blowers disperse the product quickly. Usually the application process only takes around 5 minutes. We will send you a reminder text the day before your treatment, at around 7pm. We do not send any “on my way texts” (we don’t like to overload your inbox) and we do not leave any kind of door hanger or any indication we were there. Fire Ants
Imported Red Fire Ants are an invasive species and can be very dangerous to children and pets. If you have ever been victim of these tiny pests you know they can pack a serious punch that will leave you scratching and in pain for days. Fire ants are running rampant in the Charlotte area and we are seeing more every year. Our 1 time granular Fire Ant treatment offers protection for years.

Our main targets are the Asian Tiger Mosquito, Asian Longhorned Tick and the Imported Red Fire Ant. Our goal is to wipe these invasive pests out so homeowners can enjoy their yard again.

Pet Friendly
Of course our products are pet friendly and EPA certified. We follow state guidelines and best practices. It is extremely advantageous to have your yard treated for mosquitoes if you have pets. This helps eliminate ticks and fleas which can carry harmful diseases. We ask that pets remain indoors for the duration of the treatment and for 45 minutes after, just so the product can dry.
How We Avoid Impact To Pollinators
We avoid spraying on or near flowering plants to avoid negative impact on pollinators. Also, by following state guidelines for responsible applications we successfully avoid negative impact on pollinators.
